Latest GSV view shows only an NRT sign on its own pole here:

.....yet no signage actually entering Chapel rd, solely for the no stopping restriction sign.
Not sure what your point is here. No Right Turn signs are usually always placed on the approach to the turn, and also at the junction. There are two NRT signs as described above, so what other signs would you expect ?
Also why have you posted photos of NRT at a set of traffic lights ? You have also posted photos of CPZ entry signs. These are completely irrelevant to the contravention of making a barred right turn.
