Frankly, I don't think you have a leg to stand on, assuming the suspension sign could be read. It is mounted correctly on the sign for the bay, and is right by your car, so saying it was not seen or coould not be read is just not credible. Sorry if this isn't what you wanted to hear, but it is reality. The bay here is subdivided into individual bays, so it is possible that the suspension was for specific bays, but the sign is unreadable looking at the photo.

Hi, I’m not reluctant to post the link. I’m not very good with computers at all and it was my son‘s car, not mine.
The sign is not facing the road and I believe I uploaded a picture that shows the wind blowing and the sign covering it. I’ll try not to blow this again so he can see how unstable that sign was and the fact that it was partially covered.

It’s a big sign facing end away from the road and unstable with it being coveted every few seconds to which the traffic warden was happy to pose in a picture next to. See attached link.

OK, just pointing out that you don't appear to have a very strong case. You have the absolute right in law to take them all the way to London Tribunals, but have to risk the full PCN penalty.
