Driving within the restricted times outside schools
« on: »
I have been issued a PCN for driving outside a school within the restricted times. I have had a chronic illness from 2023 until the present  day. Therefore I have not been able to deal with these PCNs in the required way to avoid snowballing.  I have been temporarily living within the catchment area of that school. So I was unfamiliar with the restrictions. Has anyone got any help regarding this issue. I would be eternally Grateful.

Tell us more about this chronic illness that doesn't stop you driving around and presumably seeing road signs. None of the reasons on that form would seem to match your circumstances. Please post the original PCN, all sides with only name and address redacted.

Therefore I have not been able to deal with these PCNs

Please tell us about/list these other PCNs.

I am prepared to intervene as their PCNs have been found invalid by one adjudicator, I am sorry to hear about your condition and it sounds to be rather compelling evidence. But, we are at the stage we are at. As Incandescent said above: please give us the PCN(s).

@Incandescent!

I AM ABLE TO TAKE ON MORE CASES AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE LONDON TRIBUNALS. I HATE RETIREMENT.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.
