Because a lot has gone on, I didn’t end up calling TEC. I logged on and the current status is still ‘CC sent’ and the charge hasn’t increased by £10 which would indicate it’s been sent to the courts right?.
Since it was two months ago now and the owner hasn’t received a letter since, perhaps it’s been lost in the abyss?
Should I then just leave it?
