PCN at perrymans farm road
« on: »
Hi
On the 26november25 I wasn't feeling well and made an emergency appointment with GP at perrymans farm road Ilford .
Decided that husband would take me in the car and the appointment was at 2.20 so we very mindfully entered the road around 2.10 from horns road. All sounds good, he sat in the car and I attended the surgery, we exited the street around 2.41
Received a PCN 53j yesterday saying we entered a restricted area. I thought oh well they got the time wrong. Did some digging and realised they took pictures from the other side, from the school side of us entering past the signs.
That is so confusing, I feel cheated
Do I have a case here or just take it on the chin like all the other times

For meaningful advice we need to see the PCN  so please help by having a read of
https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/read-this-first-before-posting-your-case!-this-section-is-for-council-tfl-dartme/

and post up here
(use
ibb.co or https://imgpile.com/
for posting images.
Wherever possible, use the BBCode.)

All sides of the PCN (only redact yr name & address - leave all else in),
council photos/video,
and
a GSV link to the location.

+1.

Presumably, you entered the restricted area at the Horns/Perrymans junction before the prohibited times then drove through and out of the area to a point further along Perrymans and then returned by the same route during the prohibited times.

If so, the Horns junction is not relevant, we need GSV or whatever for the other end of the restricted area.
