Hello,

Hoping someone could help please?

I have received two PCNS today both areas i am not familiar with. I don't understand legal jargon.

Both PCNs state the name of the road Oldfield Road South (8:24am) and Allenby Road Southall (8:32am)and are for entering a restricted pedestrian zone. Neither states an exact location other than street names.

Both are long roads and when i've tried to view the footage it comes up with an error or blank page.

Feels like a lot of money. I've been reading online how a lot of people are being caught out about this.

You've not posted up the complete PCNs. We need to see the whole PCN including car reg and PCN number so we can investigate and, (hopefully) see the video. Google Street View latest is Sept 2024, so these are fairly new restrictions. It is almost inevitable that you have passed a timed restriction near a school, with the FLying  Motorbike sign used. There will be two of these, one each side of the street.

Do you remember passing any of these signs and not realising what they meant ?

As we can't use GSV to see if the signage and advance warnings are adequate, you need to do some leg work and find them.
There may also be a "technical" appeal based on Ealing mismanagement of the enforcement process, This has nothing at all to do with the alleged contravention, but has now won a lot of cases at London Tribunal. Our Hippocrates is the expert on these.
