Code 27 - PCN Redbridge (driveway)

Adding to thread - brothers appeal was rejected. He didn’t have signed letter from occupier of the property at time of initial appeal. Will take it further to the tribunal.

Put them on notice of a costs application should they contest the appeal.

As it will be going to adjudicator - can I do this?

If there is another vehicle that appealed and then paid after it was rejected, is there a way to make the council pay back?
Or at the point of payment - is it too late?

As others have explained, forum rule is one case, one thread. It sounds as if your brother may have a good case, so please start (or let him start) a new thread for his PCN with the usual info - both sides unredacted PCN, copy of his challenge, copy of rejection, any other paperwork, council images and GSV link. By all means include a link to this thread.

I can then tidy up this thread by removing redundant posts.

Turning to your own PCN (the subject of this thread). Did you post yr challenge as per your post #14 above? Have you received a reply?

Except in towaway cases, paying a PCN almost invariably closes the matter.

Just wanted to add another PCN was received this morning (different car but exact same location & contravention code).

Didn’t want to start a new thread as it is the exact same - will go ahead and use the same appeal.

It is clear that someone on the road is complaining.

Has been submitted in the last appeal.
Neighbour also came out today and informed warden that she didn’t report it so why are they giving a ticket.

He stated that it was too late as already had been issued, challenge it and it will be overturned.
