Hi Chaps.

Elderly father (late 80s) left his vehicle in an area he later realised is a loading bay with restrictions, as seen in the linked images.  Of-course he had not realised it was a loading bay else he would have parked anywhere else with his disabled blue badge.

Any assistance with the appeal appreciated.

Thanks

My thoughts:
  • There are no road markings to indicate this is a loading bay. Is this not a requirement?
  • The only signage is a single sign (small) that covers the entire loading area so easily missed

PCN:

Google maps (note the road markings have changed since).

Few photos I took to show the area in questions:

I suggest he write in to say he made an error, and thought his BB would apply in the bay. Terrible sorry etc. Post up their response when you get it.
