Bus Gate Appeal
« on: »
I approached a well known bus gate trap today and only noticed as I was driving through the bus gate that I had done so.

I think the signage is highly inadequate as there is only one warning sign 120m before the bus gate that there is a width restriction (NOT a bus gate) and some of the road markings / arrows leading up to the bus gate are faded.

I only noticed too late what I was meant to do in part because there was so much glare on one of the road signs on the approach, and in part because there is absolutely no warning what is about to happen (there is a warning of a width restriction but not a bus gate)

I have attached the evidence below. Am I likely to win?

There is also a "Keep Right" sign on the bollard you passed on the left.

What did you mean by "well known"? By you?
