Hello, I had to pick up an item from Old Street Argos. Unfortunately i got a PCN in this area as i was not aware i could not do a left turn after the lights. Also not familiar with the area so was caught out with ahead only sign. It would have been easier to spot if there was a no left turn sign facing me before entry.
Just checking if there is any grounds to make representations. grateful for your help.
