How much is the Charge Certificate for?
When did you make the payment?
And how much did you pay?

Please post up the Charge Certificate, redacting only your name and address.
and
Please post up the Notice of Rejection and redact only your name and address.

The Charge Certificate is for £160.
I made the payment on 19th August and paid £80.

I've now merged the topic. For convenience, here is the NoR and the C.C.

You have only posted part of the NoR: did T.Hamlets re-offer the discount or left it at "the penalty charge"? It looks as if you only paid the discounted amount.

Thanks for pointing that out — it seems the website cut off the full Notice of Rejection. Is there another way I can post the full Rejection notice?
The only thing I noticed was that my name was misspelt on the Notice of Rejection, but I don’t think that’s a big deal.

I paid the PCN on the towerhamlets.gov website, and at that time, the amount shown was £80.
