Hi All,

My mum has received a PCN for driving on Tottenham Court Road and continuing over into a section that is for buses and bicycles only.

I can see that this topic has been raised here before and challenged and would appreciate some guidance on how to best appeal this.

My father was hospitalised and transferred to Westmoreland Street. My mother (who is getting elderly) was on her way to the hospital when this occurred.

The google maps link is
HERE

The roadworks showing on the map are not there anymore however I have looked at the video evidence and can see that there was a van turning right immediately in front on my mothers vehicle, which is very likely to have obstructed her view of what appears to be the sole sign advising of the restrictions.

Attached are pictures of the PCN and the image recorded on the council footage.

I was involved in this case. I will do a draft later. All of the PCN please.

This is the website grounds  page which is wrong and @cp8759 won a case on this very recently. I observed the case actually and shook my head in disbelief!

All in red are wrong and the website is missing some of the statutory grounds too. There must be no disparity between the PCN and website. This is not quite as bad as Havering who are top of the league!

@Incandescent!

I AM ABLE TO TAKE ON MORE CASES AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE LONDON TRIBUNALS. I HATE RETIREMENT.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.
