There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

Read this yesterday when I was browsing the LT statutory register. Actually, no, it was rather early this morning !!
An excellent result, but what puzzles me is why the councils never turn up when they must surely know it will lose them the case ? After all, they don't have to attend physically at the LT offices, as it's all on Zoom or the phone now.
