I kindly request you cancel the PCN as I live at no xx Pleydell Avenue and was parked outside my house by my drive-in to alight my children safely into our house and also to unload shopping.
I was then going to move the car onto our drive-in - the reason I stopped on the street is because the drive-in space is narrow which makes it very difficult to get the children and shopping in and out of the car there.
I trust you will see this as necessary exemptions to the contravention and look forward to your confirmation of cancellation.
