I have not seen any email from you to the tribunal, are you sure you copied me in?

It's now down to the council to make the next move. Don't chase them up, the longer they take the weaker their case becomes.

@cp8759 that's correct. I've sent them a cheque for £9 with a representation letter.  It was nearly a year ago, so I used pepipoo and the available help from there.
