You are fully entitled to let the process play out as per their rejection letter, which is to serve an NTO. It's at that stage you could put them to the test of signed terms and they could well have a library pic of it showing the vastly increased trial penalty.
But first by law they must serve an NTO on the registered keeper.
The penalty is now £160 so it's pointless paying.
