Birmingham CAZ - vultures rejected my appeal
« on: »
Long story short:
1. I forgot to pay for my CAZ entry.
2. 7 days later, I pay for a different date.
3. I got fined - I appealed by saying, "I thought I had paid the two together." They told me to jog on.

I have ADHD unofficially, and now my fine is sitting at £120. I cannot afford this. I am living paycheck to paycheck.

I know I have no case here if I go to the Traffic Tribunal.

Do I really have any other option, or am I out of luck?

Let's see their rejection but calling them vultures is not on. Besides you did know about the charge.

I assume the discount was lost by challenging it. I don't know if the tribunal can at least recommend reinstating the discount but you have nothing to lose by trying.
