I am offering to deal with this one. At this stage, admit to nothing. I have had a gruelling week with cases and next week is not going to be any less so. I will take a look over the weekend at the video and case in depth.
@Incandescent!

I AM ABLE TO TAKE ON MORE CASES AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE LONDON TRIBUNALS. I HATE RETIREMENT.

cp8759 and mrmustard are true geniuses. I know my place in the hierarchy of The Three Musketeers. 😊 "The Clinician", "The Gentleman" and "The Showman"

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

That's amazing. I have yet to submit another representation. Date of EN is 18/06 so I have until 16/07 to make my rep.  I will wait for your reply over the weekend, or whenever you are able to take a look.

Thanks all for the replies, and hard work. Much appreciated.

Good news!

Seems the council probably received one too many appeals for this specific instance and realised it would probably be loss-making? Not too sure on the process but that's my assumption. Either way, @Hippocrates, feel free to ignore this case as it is now closed. Just received a letter from the Council as shown below:

Great news indeed. Very unusual, I imagine something happened.

Still, I can't understand how they could believe it was possible to easily and safely return to the general traffic lane from the diversion in the bus lane, as they initially said: with traffic delineators the middle, oncoming traffic and just a micro "keep clear" zone available (with traffic moving in), there's not much space to slip out the lane.
