Free Traffic Legal Advice

Hi All

i have received this pcn with contravention code 62 stating that "parked with one or more wheels on or over a footpath or any part of a road other than a carriageway" but i was not parked on a footpath, i was parked in front of the gate marked on the picture.
any way to appeal and get it cancelled?

Your problem is that that is not carriageway, but an access to property. Your car was completely blocking pedestrians on the footway. Other cars are similarly parked in your photos, so one assumes they also got ticketed.

So no way to appeal it?
