Barking & Dagenham Reeded Road - No Right Turn

I searched and read few posted thread related to this contravention in this location. I also went through tribunal's Registers of Appeal cases. I've decided not to appeal based on signages or other mitigating circumstances. There is this one case 2230237633 which looks interesting :

The Appellant is represented by Mr D Dishman.

The Authority's case is that the Appellant's vehicle made a prohibited turn (no right turn) when in Reede Road on 22 January 2023 at 16.38.

I have allowed this appeal because I find the PCN has incorrectly stated the period for payment of the reduced penalty amount as being '...14 days beginning with the date of service of this notice...'. The correct time period is '14 days from the date of the Notice'.

Accordingly, I find the PCN is not compliant with the regulations and not enforceable.

The appeal is allowed.

The PCN received has exact same wordings: "if it is paid before the end of the period of 14 days beginning with the date of this notice, the amount payable is reduced to £80."

I'm planning to make initial rep but expecting council to reject. Not sure if it's worth taking all the way to Tribunal as I'm not finding anything related in regulations. I would be grateful if anyone can point to right direction.

Thanks.
