Dear Sirs

Please find attached images ,
I called to request the video and they’ve put this on hold for 2 weeks,

Please set the video from 'Private' to 'Public' so we can view it.

Here is the junction. The traffic lights in your direction of travel show a 'No U-Turn' sign: -


In the other direction, the traffic lights have a mandatory "Ahead Only" direction arrow, so no left or right turn:-


So, why did you make a U-turn when the sign is 'No U-Turn' ?

Any help on this one please
