Appeal rejected but no rejection code received
« on: »
I appealed to PNC from Barnet council (yellow box violation). I received a rejection letter which does not include a rejection code.
I am trying to escalate my appeal to London Tribunals but I can't proceed. What can I do?

Please post up the rejection that you received. Just redact your name and address and leave everything else visible including the PCN number and car reg.

Did they include the manual Tribunal appeal form?

The letter says the PCN has been paid so they've closed the case.

I only paid because I didnt not want to loose the discount. (my first ever ticket so I am not aware of the rules)
Is there no way to appeal in this case?

No.  Payment closes the case. So now you know for next time.

I disagree about payment closing the case as this is a moving traffic case and it will all depend on timing.

Please send a copy of all documents to me at mrmustard@zoho.com

You will have to risk the discount though if you want to fight this. Once I know what the registration plate is I can suggest whether you should have paid or fought the PCN.
I help you pro bono (for free). I now ask that a £40 donation is made to the North London Hospice before I take over your case. I have an 85% success rate across 2,000 PCNs but some PCNs can't be beaten and I will tell you if your case looks hopeless before asking you to donate.
