From 1st May. We drove into the new (to us) zone before the penny dropped that it was not a through road anymore  ... so turned around and went back the way we came so DID comply with the instruction (eventually!)

the council have rejected our appeal on the basis that signage was bad and they didnt respond to the "returned the way we came" point  .... we are now would appreciate some help to appeal to the independent adjudicator.

I HAVE A HIGH COURT CASE RE JUDICIAL REVIEW BUT WILL DO MY BEST TO ADVISE AND TAKE ON CASES IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.

If you do not challenge, you join "The Mugged Club".

cp8759 and mrmustard are true geniuses. I know my place in the hierarchy of The Three Musketeers. 😊 "The Clinician", "The Gentleman" and "The Showman"

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

so I have a postal hearing on 8th Sep I was a bit late to appeal so I only used the text vehicle categories and regarding PCN validity around missing mandatory statutory information mentioned above  ...

 - I added on further evidence on the tribunal website (I added a charge certificate dated 12th august ( depsite appealing on the 10th !)  .... crossed in the post but flags merton are a bit slow

Not sure tho if I can upload any photos of the poor signage as I didnt refer to it in the tribunal only in my original appeal to the council
