So, like your other thread, you drove straight past these two "Flying motorbike" signs.

Here, though, you can pass them for access to premises along the street. Were you going to a house there ?
You can see how total reliance on sat-navs can get expensive !
Did you turn left into this street, or right ? If left, you could argue that with no advance warning of the restriction, the signing is inadequate,

I can't see any advance warning signs on the main street, and there's a tree in the way when coming from the left: https://maps.app.goo.gl/xGYH8QU2Mi77aWCB8

The Newham (Wooder Gardens) (Low Traffic Neighbourhood) Experimental Traffic Order 2020 has expired so I've asked for the new one, in the meantime here's a draft representation:

Dear London Borough of Newham,

I challenge liability for PCN PN74284092 on the basis of inadequate signage. I approached Wooder Gardens from the southeast and there are no advance warning signs on Field Road advising of the restriction, further to this on the approach to the junction there is a tree in the way of the sign. There is no way I could have seen, let alone reacted to the sign when turning left into Wooder Gardens.

In the circumstances, the alleged contravention did not occur.

Yours faithfully,

The Enforcement Authority adduce 4 further images of the signage at the
location and an aerial shot, all undated.

No evidence is adduced of any advance notification signage.
