52m penalty in Kennington oval

Dear All

I have received a penalty for 52m in arear of kensington oval.

I have never driven there before. My vehicle is red with a deliver box attached and a L plate as i only have a learners license.

It seems from the video and pictures the vehicle is not mine which is rightly so not mine i have uploafed pictures of my vehicle.

I am not sure how someone has the same number plate as me therefore i will like to file an appeal.

Pls can someone help me understand if this has happened with anyone before and how i should respond to this.

(Please note that your duplicate thread will be deleted.)

It is not unknown for number-plates to be cloned.  I assume the stationary vehicle is yours?
Please post the video and any Council pictures(from their website) of the vehicle, highlighting any differences between that and yours.

Appears to have been paid? So you can't appeal. It does look like it is wearing your plate, so you need to report it to the police. Unfortunately this probably means you will get a string of these - until (or if) the police catch the imposter.

Thank you for your help and guidance.
On safe side i have paid because today 14th day of notice.
But i will complaint to the police as soon as possible regarding number plate.
