Got the PCN reissued, and it's back to the discounted £80

Would just pay this and get rid of the headache to be honest. But it's worth asking.

Is there an expiring date of enforcement of PCNs?

The contravention date is 11th April 2026
Have just received the PCN reissued on 30th September 2026.

It would be 6 months from infraction on 11th October 2026. Is there a 6 month expiry on these?

Thanks, paid £80, closed the matter.

Interesting when I sent them the informal message saying that I didnt receive the NOR and I have received the court letter. They send me that dfact sheet about being in debt and stuff. But they never informed that that if I had not received the NOR I can make a claim with the court. The advised me to pay the £240 before the costs go up with court costs and then debt collection costs.

I feel this is pretty sneaky that they are suppposedly concerned about peoples welfare and being in debt. Yet they dont inform you about your rights to get the orignal charge amount re-imposed by making the declaration.

I have no stopped delivery driving, it's not worth the stress. the delivery company was also being very very harsh and kicking people off for not be able to delivery, routinely make you wait at the warehouse to receive your delivery load up to an hour. You are not paid hourly, you get paid for tyour shift. So the hour deal comes out of your own time.

And with the fuel prices as high as they are - it's just not worth it. I have a private parking charge that I ingnored. and this stupid residents only road where to get access into the area - it's a 15 minute detour. And the delivery apps do not route you through.
