https://imgur.com/a/jU4vrpbI have received this PCN sadly. I am new to PHV driving and to make the amount needed to pay this after costs, would take 6 hours on a good day.
I didn’t see the sign, although they’re probably there. Hackney council has reduced access to a number of roads since Covid. They’re also currently adding a bus gate to a main road at the end of Mare Street which has caused significant traffic.
Is there anything I can do with this PCN?
