The car footage does NOT pick up the CEO putting the envelope on the car. It does however have everything else including timings leading up to that point.

But there's no dispute that there was a yellow envelope on the windscreen and that someone must have put it there.  Is the field of view of the sentry footage so narrow that it doesn't cover that part of the windscreen?  Or is the footage not continuous during the period you were absent from the car?

Isn't the entire criminal justice system, including the judiciary, a "gov set-up"?

It hasn't stopped the Supreme Court ruling against the government on many occasions.
