Good evening, i have recently received a letter saying i need to pay for congestion charge. In my old car I had auto pay set up and I changed to this car in November (around the 10th). Therefore, I went to the website, took off my old car and added this one to the autopay shortly after. I have a history of always paying on time for my old car and this is the first time I entered the CCZ zone since I got this new car. Is there any way I can appeal this or ask for a grace time because apparently the autopay that I set up for the new car did not go through but the car was added to my account instead but not for autopay which is what I did?
