Oh yeah for sure, I came to terms with that reality within the last few months. But it wasn't as bad as the poor bloke next to me. 4 times in one week going over the limit, strong mitigation and still got 6 month ban and 1.2k fine! After decades of driving on a clean record. The system really is cracking down.

In reality there are very few grounds that amount to genuine mitigation.
