Or use the “portal” but I have no experience or knowledge of this personally. You need to be able to demonstrate that a response was sent. Last Edit: August 24, 2026, 02:05:20 pm by jfollows Logged

Re: PCNs recently received from UKPA / HOZAH Reply #77 on: Today at 04:07:16 pm #78 hi all, wanted to share a quick update with you:- Hire Vehicle PCN has had a successful decision response from POPLA. Here is a summary of their response ''I am not satisfied that the operator has met the strict requirements set out in PoFA 2012. I therefore conclude that the operator issued the PCN incorrectly''. Does this mean the matter is now concluded and no further action ? Is there anything further that is required to be done now ?- Private Vehicle (Multiple PCNs) - bwlegal have issued letter of claim for all PCN's now which have all been responded too. Have received responses for some & they have stated the matter has been placed on hold ''query has been raised with client for the pcn letters and photo evidence including signage, until we receive a response, the matter with ourselves will be placed on a hold'' but they also gone to say ''our client is satisfied you are liable for additional costs and will continue to pursue for the outstanding balance''. I've attached their response. Is there anything further I should do and what should be next steps ? response_from_bwlegal_LOC.png Google Docs · drive.google.com response_from_bwlegal_LOC_2.png Google Docs · drive.google.com Logged
