Euro Car parks on: August 17, 2026, 02:38:41 pm #1 Today I have received a stupid PCN from euro car parks stating I parked for 17 minutes without a valid ticket. I needed to park my electric car ASAP and this unfortunately was the nearest charging station. I honestly did not see the signage or anything so I proceeded to attempt to charge my car.. just to add salt to the wounds the charger didn’t even bloody work and I spent most of the time there trying to figure out what’s wrong with it before leaving. As stated already I just received this letter today but it shows the date issued as the 8/08/2026 so it’s strange how I only just got it and i hardly have anytime to appeal it!.. please can someone help me with the appeal on this one cheers in advance IMG 1222 hosted at ImgBB Image IMG 1222 hosted on ImgBB ImgBB · ibb.co Logged

Re: Euro Car parks Reply #3 on: August 17, 2026, 07:50:57 pm #4 You can try Toby Carvery to see if they can assist. If you post signs and location to you vehicle that may assist. There is a consideration period of 5 minutes.I think there may be a case of frustration of contract. Logged
