I am not sure who was driving at the time of alleged Parking Charge from MET Parking at Target Roundabout McDonald's in Oct 2024 as moved house in Dec 2024.I had suffered a recent family bereavement and was going through a period of depression.Due to this, I don't have the original charge letter, only what is attached through link.
