PCN - Tower Hamlets - Parked in a resident parking place without a valid permit.

there is an account that shows that - but it is imppossible to trace back when you activated a voucher for a specific day through the account

does this seem like a reasonable set of notes to make for an appeal?

"I parked in a resident bay as I was at home to visit my elderly father, and I believed I had attached a virtual visitor permit to the vehicle concerned. With regards to the wording of the PCN, I was never issues a physical permit to display on the car - therefore how was I supposed to avoid the alleged contravention of parking 'without a valid virtual permit and without clearly displaying a valid physical permit' if I was never issued a physical permit to display?"
