You can just say, "I rely on my formal representations against the Notice to Owner". Probably best to show a time-line of events as a summary at the top, giving the actions taken at each timed even in the course of events. You emphasise that a parking session was taken out at the time of parking and there was no intention to avoid payment.

Make sure you request a hearing at London Tribunals. These are by phone or MS Teams, so no need to trek out to LT HQ. Personal attendance means the adjudicator can ask questions to clarify things and also get an impression of you as a witness.
