You've got the second street name wrong; it is Allerford Road. No wonder I couldn't find the junction !

I have now seen the video, which shows you driving with no hesitation whatsoever into the box, then the vehicle in front stops just beyond the box thus forcing you to stop in it. This is the exact circumstance the statute is designed to prevent. So on the basis of the video, the contravention is made out.

Quite what you could put into any representations, I don't know, hopefully others on here can suggest something. It may be they will suggest a 'technical' appeal unrelated to the contravention itself. These can, and do, win appeals on their own.but are only considered properly at London Tribunals.

I will draft something. I have a big scrap tomorrow with them.

@Incandescent!

I AM ABLE TO TAKE ON MORE CASES AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE LONDON TRIBUNALS. I HATE RETIREMENT.

If you do not challenge, you join "The Mugged Club".

cp8759 and mrmustard are true geniuses. I know my place in the hierarchy of The Three Musketeers. 😊 "The Clinician", "The Gentleman" and "The Showman"

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

I make a collateral challenge against the wording of the PCN which "acts as notice to owner" which, in turn,  is a conflation of two legislations and, considering the inclusion of a considerable part re 56 days etc - this belongs to parking legislation - it is perfectly reasonable to expect you to include the grounds of appeal from that legislation in addition. I have attempted to reconcile this conflation to no avail as, very simply, this PCN is invalid in my view.

Furthermore, your nomenclature also describes it as PCN/Notice to Owner et al.

In light of the above, please cancel.

Choose: no contravention.
