Lambeth Council - Contravention 37J - Salter's Hill

Hi Everyone,

I've been given a ticket at this famous site. I am the dark car behind the black van. Does anyone think its worth appealing? My view was blinded by the van in front. [ Guests cannot view attachments ]

IF I can access the PCN! As well as the website, I have worked on a novel representation v the PCN.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.
